About the Role
This role is situated within the National Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team, which operates across various industry sectors to deliver a comprehensive experience. The specific focus is on the CBS - AWS segment, part of the broader SaT Executive Assistants group based in Kolkata.
The Strategy and Transactions division assists clients in reimagining their ecosystems, reshaping investment portfolios, and driving innovative transformation to foster a sustainable future. Leveraging the Capital Agenda framework, the team addresses critical strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges. Clients served include corporations, private equity players, governments, sovereign wealth funds, family businesses, and educational institutions. Services range from portfolio evaluation and capital allocation to financial planning analytics and decision-making support, all aimed at optimizing risk-return profiles and capital efficiency.
The Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) form the core offerings, encompassing Strategy, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Performance Improvement, all supported by advanced Connected Capital Technologies. Key domains include Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Due Diligence, Restructuring, Project Finance, Infrastructure, and EY Parthenon’s strategic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly managing complex and often changing executive calendars and schedules to maximize productivity.
- Coordinating logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences, and extensive travel plans within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preparing professional, high-quality documents and presentations for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with project management efforts, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support successful outcomes.
- Maintaining exceptional organizational standards with an emphasis on data confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, English Literature, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Management is also acceptable.
- Previous experience providing secretarial support is required.
