Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehend and design solutions aligned with business processes.
• Offer support for business applications utilized by end users.
• Map and configure textile-related business activities using ERP/INTEX platforms.
• Gather user requirements; translate them into data mappings, documentation, and detailed system requirement specifications.
• Utilize SQL for table management and data handling.
• Manage issue logs and track trouble tickets effectively.
• Coordinate escalations and liaise with solution providers or vendors to resolve issues.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in any discipline, accompanied by 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.
