Role Overview
As an integral member of the dedicated Events Team, you will handle inquiries and bookings made by phone and email, ensuring all requests are processed according to company policies. Collaborating closely with Operations, clients, and affiliates, this position demands energetic individuals focused on delivering excellent customer service and memorable client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with teams from Events, Operations, Executive Control, and Car Control to ensure smooth event arrangements.
- Manage the complete vehicle booking lifecycle, accurately capturing client needs from initial inquiry to fulfillment.
- Build and maintain positive relations with internal teams and external clients to facilitate effective communication and superior service.
- Promote a collaborative team environment by sharing insights and supporting peers to reach common objectives.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance operational processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the role.

- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with the Shamrock operating system is advantageous.
- Previous experience in booking and managing customer information is preferred.

Working Schedule and Location
The role is based in Paddington with a Monday to Friday schedule, including occasional weekend work requiring flexibility. The position offers the option to work from home one day per week.
