Role Summary

The EUC Engineer will provide advanced end-user computing support, resolve complex desktop and application issues, and contribute to stable workplace technology operations for users in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix advanced problems related to operating systems, business applications, and hardware.
• Administer Active Directory tasks, including user and group policy management as well as access permissions.
• Deploy software and manage patching activities across endpoints.
• Support VPN access, network connectivity, and endpoint protection/security platforms.
• Investigate recurring incidents to identify root causes and prevent repeat issues.
• Work with hardware and software vendors to resolve escalations and service issues.
• Provide guidance and support to L1 engineers when needed.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Basic scripting ability, preferably with PowerShell.
• Exposure to SCCM, Intune, or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Understanding of networking basics such as DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
