This role serves various North East London and nearby locations including Barking, Bishops Stortford, Brentwood, Buntingford, Cheshunt, Enfield, Epping, Harlow, Ilford, Romford, Royston, and Saffron Walden.

Role Summary

As an Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for visiting properties linked to customers in debt. Your main goal is to facilitate constructive solutions for debt resolution and avoid escalation. You will manage interactions directly with customers or neighbors if the customer is unavailable, help with payment collections, complete relevant paperwork, and update records. In some cases, you may need to take control of goods where necessary. The role offers independence, a company car, expenses, advanced technology tools, and flexible work scheduling.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Conduct field visits to debtors’ properties to negotiate payments and agreements.
  • Engage calmly and respectfully with customers and neighbors to find workable solutions.
  • Handle paperwork and system updates after each visit.
  • Where required, enforce debt recovery through control and removal of goods.
  • Refer vulnerable individuals to appropriate support services when applicable.

  • A guaranteed basic salary ranging from £26,441 to £28,460 annually.
