About the Company and Position

KVM Technology is seeking Electronics Engineers specialized in Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) repair and maintenance. The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹30,000, where candidates with prior VFD repair experience may receive higher compensation. The work schedule is a day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Perform repair and troubleshooting tasks on AC Drives (VFDs).
• Identify faults at the PCB and individual component levels.
• Conduct functionality testing on repaired drives to verify proper operation.
• Carry out installation and commissioning of VFDs at client locations as necessary.
• Troubleshoot electrical control panels and automation setups.
• Generate detailed service reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Offer customer assistance and basic operational advice.

Required Skills and Preferences

• Expertise in VFD repair and troubleshooting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnosing AC Drive/VFD faults.
• Experience with PCB-level repairs including IGBT, Rectifier, and Power Module testing.
• Skilled in troubleshooting SMPS systems.
• Competent in repairing control and power cards of electronic devices.
• Strong electronics circuit analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with multimeter, oscilloscope usage, and soldering techniques.

Candidate Eligibility

• Gender specified: Male candidates only.
• Age range: 18 to 45 years.
• Educational background: ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals; preference to candidates with VFD repair experience.
• Basic proficiency in English is required.
• Ownership or access to a two-wheeler vehicle is preferred.
