Position Overview
We are seeking seasoned professionals for the role of Senior Developer, Lead, and Architect specializing in Duck Creek Billing within the Property & Casualty Insurance sector. Openings are available in multiple locations including Greater Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bhubaneswar, and Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on expertise with Duck Creek Billing Center is mandatory.
- Lead and execute Duck Creek Billing implementations and configurations.
- Manage various billing components such as Accounts, Pay Plans, Billing Forms, invoices, and installment schedules.
- Handle PCN (Policy Change Notice) processing and generate commission reports.
- Possess a strong command of both Direct Billing and Agency Billing workflows.
- Configure and support Billing Workflows and Billing Cycles effectively.
- Oversee payment processing functionalities within the system.
- Troubleshoot billing applications, drive enhancements, and perform ongoing maintenance.
- Understand integration points between Duck Creek Billing software and other insurance systems.
- Operate efficiently within Agile development environments.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of P&C insurance domain and associated business processes.
