DMS Executive

Job Overview

Kataria Automobiles invites applications for a meticulous DMS Executive to efficiently manage dealership management software operations. This role involves handling daily data inputs related to vehicle sales, workshop services, and spare parts stock, facilitating seamless communication with the vehicle manufacturer.

Primary Duties

• Enter customer vehicle bookings, insurance details, and billing information into the DMS system.
• Manage workshop job cards by opening and closing them and prepare service billing.
• Monitor and track inventory levels of vehicles in both showroom and warehouse.
• Maintain and update records of spare parts inventory.
• Compile and submit daily sales and service management information system (MIS) reports to the management and original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade or a graduate degree.
• Professional experience ranging from 1 to 3 years as a DMS Executive or Data Entry Operator within two-wheeler or four-wheeler dealership environments.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations, strong typing skills, and knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with automobile dealership management software is essential.
