Key Responsibilities

• Transport clean dishes and flatware to serving spaces and assist in table setting.
• Handle linen carriage and replacement tasks.
• Clean and disinfect dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Clear and sanitize tables, chairs, and trays.
• Operate dishwashing machines effectively for cleaning dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Store cleaned dishes properly in designated areas.
• Manually wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, and appliances.
• Manage removal of kitchen waste and garbage.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors to maintain hygiene standards.
