Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director dedicated to producing high-quality analytical work and delivering dependable client service across insurance and construction sectors. This position involves contributing to multiple assignments focused on delay analysis in major energy and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Managing Directors in creating expert delay reports and opinions related to significant energy and construction claims.
  • Examine specific delay incidents within large project evaluations.
  • Review and interpret project documentation for identifying delay and disruption issues.
  • Conduct slippage analyses for complex construction and energy projects.
  • Perform detailed delay claim analyses using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Support review processes for construction claims and related documentation.
  • Prepare schedule analyses including impact evaluations, comparisons, and narrative summaries.
  • Develop Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules based on project scopes and industry productivity standards.
  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in deliverables.
  • Contribute to client communications and collaborations under senior leadership guidance.
  • Support project teams and actively participate in internal knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling methodologies.
  • Apply expertise in critical path impact analysis, and delay and productivity assessments.
  • Have a solid understanding of cost and resource loading concepts.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Produce well-structured technical reports with excellent written communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in preparing and analyzing CPM schedules and construction claims.
  • Preferred: relevant industry certifications or formal training.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting project teams or managing small workstreams.
  • Detail-oriented approach with consistent task completion.
