About the Role

Beans & Bar Coffee Academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This role involves driving digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and generating sales leads to contribute to company growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize advertisements on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage and run Google Ads campaigns effectively.
• Administer the company's social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop engaging and creative content for posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Generate prospective customer leads and manage sales pipelines.
• Engage with potential customers to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Track campaign outcomes and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
• Provide support for all digital marketing and sales initiatives across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in digital marketing and sales fields.
• Proficient in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong familiarity with various social media channels.
• Skilled in content creation with innovative thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Capable of generating leads, following up professionally, and achieving conversions.
• Highly motivated with a focus on targets and self-driven performance.
• Previous exposure to a similar job role is considered advantageous.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Salary of AED 1,500 plus commission and target-related bonuses.
• Full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
