About the Role

Digital India Yug seeks motivated and target-driven individuals to join their expanding team as Digital Marketing Executives. The core function involves reaching out to prospective customers by phone, explaining the company's services, and guiding them through the registration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain phone communication with potential clients.
• Promote Digital India Yug's service offerings effectively.
• Assist customers step-by-step in completing their registrations.
• Ensure a minimum of two confirmed registrations daily.
• Keep regular follow-ups with clients and prepare daily reports on work progress.

Targets and Incentives

• Monthly Goal: Achieve 60 successful registrations.
• Incentive Structure: Earn ₹100 for each registration beyond 60 per month.
• Examples: 65 registrations yield ₹500 extra; 70 registrations yield ₹1,000 extra incentive.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Grade pass or Graduate from any stream.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with experience.
• Possess good communication and persuasive skills.
• Should be goal-oriented and self-driven.
