Design Engineer

Overview

As a Design Engineer at Robologic India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical designs and improving manufacturing processes to enhance product performance and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D CAD models alongside blueprints and assembly guidelines.
• Adapt designs to suit manufacturing methods including CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal work, and additive manufacturing.
• Create prototypes and carry out testing, including structural and stress analyses, to optimize design quality.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to address on-site challenges and ensure design feasibility.
• Generate and maintain precise Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation using ERP or SAP platforms.
• Analyze and improve current manufacturing workflows to minimize costs and waste while boosting productivity.
