Deputy Manager - Affordable Housing

Role Overview

This role is based in Vijayawada and focuses on meeting targets related to Debt Management Services for the assigned branch. The incumbent is responsible for fulfilling monthly collection goals while operating within predefined cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve debt collection targets by actively engaging with customers and agencies through visits.
• Continuously monitor team performance according to established benchmarks and provide timely updates.
• Ensure that repossession activities strictly comply with legal standards and guidelines.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all customer interactions and transactional details.
• Generate regular reports detailing collection activities and team performance metrics.
• Address and resolve escalations swiftly to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Formulate and execute strategies to enhance debt collection rates effectively.
• Track cases individually to ensure timely resolution in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Oversee portfolio management and develop effective debt collection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all operational aspects.
• Perform comprehensive reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.
• Lead and coordinate with team members and vendors to achieve operational objectives.
• Collaborate with both internal departments and external clients for seamless service delivery.
