Key Duties

• Operate store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, workstations, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare menu items according to standards.
• Handle telephone orders accurately and promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a regular basis.
• Deliver pizzas and beverages by car, navigating to customers' locations including multiple flights of stairs or adverse terrain.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record per company policies.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Ability to read maps and successfully navigate designated delivery areas.
• Basic arithmetic skills to make correct change and operate calculators.
• Good communication skills for taking orders by phone and interacting with customers and co-workers.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and climb as required, including carrying up to 50 pounds and occasional navigating of stairs or ladders.

Physical and Work Environment

This role requires standing for most tasks, short walks, occasional sitting for paperwork, and exposure to varying indoor and outdoor conditions such as temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, and hot surfaces. Employees must be comfortable with repetitive movements and working in confined spaces.
