Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and beverages promptly and safely within the assigned delivery area.
• Use either your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle (requires minimum qualifications) for deliveries.
• Navigating various environments including multi-story buildings and adverse weather conditions while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Work alongside team members to uphold quality control and follow operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least two years of driving history.
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance if using own car; alternatively, qualify to use a company car (at least 21 years old and clean driving record).
• Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle report review.
• Strong navigational skills, able to read maps and locate addresses efficiently.
• Physical capability to perform tasks including walking, carrying items, climbing stairs up to 5 flights, bending, reaching, and using hands for repetitive tasks.
• Adapt to varying temperatures, exposure to food odors, sharp objects, hot surfaces, and compact workspaces.
• Work well independently and in a team environment, maintain composure under stress, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to various weather conditions during deliveries and promotional flyer distribution.
• Temperature variations inside store areas ranging from coolers at 36°F to warmer zones above 90°F.
• Manage fumes from food odors such as cornmeal dust and operate near hot ovens reaching 500°F.
• Engage in physical activities including walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, and hand-intensive tasks requiring good coordination.
