Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst with expertise in CRM and Salesforce platforms to support our business functions through thorough analysis of customer and sales data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing insightful reports and dashboards, discerning trends, and offering actionable recommendations to improve engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, assess, and ensure the accuracy of CRM and Salesforce data sourced from various channels.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports dedicated to monitoring sales, customer metrics, and overall business health.
• Conduct detailed analyses of customer behaviors, sales patterns, and operational indicators.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and business units to enable data-informed decision making.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across CRM platforms.
• Communicate analytical outcomes and suggestions effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Data Science, IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or closely related fields.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in data analysis focused on CRM or Salesforce tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization applications.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and managing CRM data.
• Strong analytical thinking, effective communication abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with CRM analytics, sales reporting workflows, and customer lifecycle management concepts.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or R for data processing.
• Competence working with SQL databases and associated reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Tableau Desktop Specialist are advantageous.

Additional Information

Work Authorization: Only candidates authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship will be considered.
Compensation: Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
