Customer Support Executive

About the Role

Krishiv Insurance Broking LLP is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their team in Thane, Mumbai. This full-time position accommodates both freshers and experienced candidates. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly disposition, and the capability to handle queries regarding insurance policies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from current and prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide precise information about insurance services and policies.
• Support customers with questions related to policies, documentation, renewals, and general inquiries.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers.
• Perform follow-ups to ensure customer requests are completed timely.
• Record customer data, interactions, and service details accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth processing of requests and policies.
• Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Proficient verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Customer-centric and positive attitude.
• Basic computing skills with familiarity in CRM or system applications.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries patiently and professionally.

Work Schedule

• Working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Fixed weekly off on Sundays.
• Full-time employment type.
