Customer Success Manager - SAP Next Gen Academy (Saudi/GCC Nationals)

We invite Saudi and GCC nationals to apply for our Customer Success Manager role within the SAP Next Gen Academy, a 10-month immersive program starting March 2027 that prepares you for a strategic customer-facing career while fostering ongoing learning and growth.

Program Structure and Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive 10-month learning and application program combining classroom education and fieldwork alongside an experienced CSM mentor.
• Engage in multifaceted experiential learning emphasizing digital transformation, business and technology understanding, human skills, and strategic processes.
• Develop expertise in managing customer retention, value realization, and your assigned solution portfolio.
• Participate in local market onboarding, receiving hands-on training and the opportunity to support and interact directly with customers.
• Upon program completion, transition into a customer-facing CSM role with ongoing mentorship to accelerate career growth.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience supporting customers and enabling business change, preferably in consulting or account management.
• Proven skills in delivering strategic advice, resolving customer issues, managing escalations, and ensuring satisfaction and continuity.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Quick adaptability to new concepts and dynamic environments with a results-driven mindset.
• Fundamental knowledge of AI, including its uses and ethical considerations, to identify opportunities for AI-based business solutions.
• Strong business acumen with familiarity in business processes and relevant industries.
• Fluency in English and Italian to effectively engage global and local stakeholders.
• Focus on AI areas such as AI Adoption Mindset, Daily Agentic AI Practice, and Context Engineering.
• Curious, agile, and resilient, with enthusiasm for continuous learning in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, creative thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity to support inclusive collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Developing expertise in emerging technologies, especially AI, paired with initiative and goal orientation.

CSM Specializations

• SAP Finance & Spend Management specializing in accounting, procurement, and supplier management to enhance visibility, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.
• Expertise in S/4HANA Finance, Finance & Quote to Cash (Q2C), and Procurement.
• SAP Supply Chain Management with knowledge in Supply Chain, Asset Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Product/Project Lifecycle Management.

Additional Information

• Participants will likely spend around four weeks in total on two separate visits to San Ramon, California, for hands-on learning and networking.
• Full engagement and presence are mandatory during intensive program phases, with limited vacation approvals.
• Work arrangement follows a hybrid model, with approximately three days per week in-office or onsite with customers.
• Due to legal Saudization policies, only Saudi/GCC nationals are eligible for this position.

Employment Details

This is a part-time position with hybrid work setup based in the Riyadh region. Travel availability up to 50% may be required. Successful candidates may be subject to background checks.
