About the Role
Join Welcome Break in Abington, Lanarkshire, ML12 6RG as a Customer Service Team Member. This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours and immediate availability to start. You will be the friendly point of contact welcoming customers, assisting them in locating what they need, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, confident assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness in customer seating areas and back-of-house including tables, counters, floors, and restrooms as required during your shift.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols by completing regular checks and cleaning tasks; escalate issues appropriately.
