Primary Duties

• Prioritize customers in every task and interaction.
• Engage with customers warmly and provide service with pride.
• Ensure product availability and service continuity at all times.
• Handle stock carefully to preserve quality and optimal condition for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the shop floor and in back areas consistently.
• Apply training to follow departmental procedures and routines.
• Adhere to company policies, including health and safety guidelines.
• Be flexible to assist other departments as needed in addition to core responsibilities.
