Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and cooperative demeanor, assisting colleagues and customers alike.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn new skills and contribute positively to the team.
• Proactively address and correct issues when something appears amiss.
• Comply with brand standards for food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a welcoming restaurant environment.
• Operate restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills as needed.
• Remains standing and actively moving throughout most or all of the shift.

Requirements

• Be able and willing to stand and be physically active for the majority of your shift.
• Ability to use restaurant equipment safely and effectively, such as registers, grills, and communication devices.
• Commitment to upholding Wendy’s brand quality standards and guidelines in daily tasks.

Compensation
