Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Counter Staff to enhance customer experience at our cinema location in Bengaluru. This role involves greeting and helping guests, managing ticket verification, supporting food and beverage services, ensuring the cleanliness of public areas, and assisting with customer concerns.
Primary Duties
- Offer a warm welcome and guide customers upon arrival.
- Verify tickets and direct patrons to appropriate screens.
- Assist at food and beverage stations including popcorn, snacks, and drink counters.
- Maintain lobby and auditorium hygiene and orderliness.
- Address simple customer questions and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Contribute to crowd control during movie screenings.
- Adhere to company protocols for safety and service excellence.
- Operate cash registers or POS systems when assigned.
