Coordinator, Influencer

Job Overview

The Coordinator, Influencer reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Influencer and is instrumental in supporting influencer campaigns and agency collaborations through tasks such as managing gifts, coordinating internal and external communications, and handling physical product send outs. This role is ideal for someone with prior marketing experience and a passion for the beauty industry, requiring exceptional organizational aptitude, strong communication skills, creativity, and analytical thinking. A key element is maintaining the influencer product room and supporting inventory management while embracing the brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine influencer product shipments and handle special requests from other departments.
• Collaborate with the influencer team to identify and curate creator gift lists.
• Take charge of monthly seeding initiatives to boost both ongoing and new product launches.
• Maintain order and organization within the influencer product room.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for both internal team and agencies.
• Coordinate product shipments from the warehouse, ensuring smooth tracking and delivery.
• Track influencer campaigns using internal reporting tools diligently.
• Assist occasionally with influencer performance reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in marketing or related internships preferred.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and Canva is essential.
• Proactive mindset combined with enthusiasm for the beauty sector.
• Collaborative spirit with willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
• Keen awareness of influencer marketing, social media dynamics, and cultural trends.
• Alignment with ILIA’s brand identity and commitment to representing it consistently.
• Experience in influencer marketing and beauty brands is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25.

Work Arrangement

This position requires work from the Century City, CA office one to two times weekly, combined with remote work options, emphasizing the need for reliable commuting ability within the Los Angeles area.
