Coordinator - ADP Data Entry

About the Role

Dubai Airports ensures the safest, most secure, and efficient airside environment in one of the world's busiest airports. As part of the Airside Operations team, which manages all airside infrastructure, you will engage in supporting advanced technologies and optimizing capacity while prioritizing customer service in a dynamic aviation setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison to address stakeholder concerns related to Aerodrome Vehicle Permits (AVPs), including handling applications, approvals, dispensations, and resolving system-related issues.
• Assist in evaluating stakeholder appeals by providing data-driven recommendations for final decisions by the SMTC (Stakeholder Management and Traffic Committee).
• Help develop and finalize the annual Audit Calendar to ensure all stakeholders comply with General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulatory documentation.
• Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders regarding Aerodrome driving matters.
• Compile and analyze monthly data concerning Aerodrome Driving Permits (ADPs), AVPs, and Aerodrome Driving Schools (ADS) to detect performance gaps and recommend remedial measures.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports for the SMTC incorporating trend analysis of ADPs, AVPs, and ADS performance metrics.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Administration, Data Analysis, or Customer Service, combined with 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Possession of a valid UAE light vehicle driving license with accreditation to an ADP Level 2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and data analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with aviation industry vocabulary, including various vehicle classifications and airside equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GCAA regulatory requirements, Dubai Airports policies, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other regulatory instructions.
