About the Role

This position seeks a dynamic content creator with a keen interest in beauty and wellness, focused on launching a novel at-home Botox party business in Canberra, Australia. The role encompasses strategic content planning, social media management, and website development to enhance brand presence before the mid-July launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a content calendar for Instagram and Facebook including posts, stories, and ads.
• Produce engaging visual and written content aligned with brand identity using provided creative materials.
• Oversee social media accounts by engaging with users, managing comments, and fostering positive feedback.
• Design, develop, and launch an SEO-optimized website featuring booking and inquiry capacities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data to refine content strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with launch objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven expertise creating content for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle verticals.
• Experienced in managing Instagram and Facebook platforms effectively.
• Strong skills in writing and visual narrative crafting.
• Competent with website builders such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress and basic SEO knowledge.
• Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and flexible to shifting project demands.
• Knowledgeable about digital marketing trends and user engagement techniques.
• Preferably residing in Australia or able to work Canberra time zone hours.
• Ready to begin immediately and maintain commitment through launch milestones.
