About the Role

Antidote is a contemporary wellness brand delivering exceptional experiences within prominent corporate and residential venues across London. These spaces integrate gyms, recovery zones, spas, classes, workshops, events, and community initiatives focused on enhancing urban wellbeing.

The Content Creator will be instrumental in capturing the dynamic energy of live sessions, real people, and authentic spaces, producing engaging visual content that strengthens Antidote as a leading wellness brand in London.

This position requires hands-on creativity with a hybrid work style; frequent on-site presence across various locations is expected to film and photograph live moments, while editing and content management can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead photographer and videographer across all Antidote venues, generating premium brand content.
• Create and edit short-form videos, photographs, and campaign materials of high quality.
• Plan and coordinate weekly content aligned with product launches, events, and strategic priorities.
• Write engaging social media captions consistent with the brand's voice.
• Manage and curate Antidote’s Instagram account to engage the community.
• Track content performance metrics, generate reports, and offer improvement suggestions in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Support new launches, partnerships, and community outreach campaigns.
• Work closely with instructors, trainers, and members to produce authentic and compelling visual stories.
• Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual identity and creative direction.

Candidate Requirements

• Robust experience in photography and videography, possessing a keen eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
• Deep understanding of Instagram trends, Reels, and current social media culture.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Ability to rapidly identify and capitalize on content creation opportunities.
• Proven track record of producing engaging content for boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• A portfolio showcasing superior quality photos and videos from community-focused, editorial, lifestyle, or brand projects.
• Comfortable operating cameras in live environments and directing subjects effectively.
• Experience contributing to social media strategies, content scheduling, caption writing, campaign implementation, or growing audience engagement is an advantage.

Additional Details

The role is based in London with flexible remote editing days, requiring on-site presence three days weekly, with potential to increase depending on business needs. The contracted salary ranges from £28,000 to £34,000 annually, prorated to £16,800 to £20,400 for the part-time schedule.
