Job Summary

This position involves configuring and maintaining software and technology elements for projects serviced to Wipro's clients. The role includes executing configuration tasks, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring adherence to configuration standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring applications tailored to client specifications.
• Gather configuration requirements from business units and secure approvals from business owners.
• Plan and complete configuration tasks within set deadlines.
• Support system configuration adjustments aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Participate in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
• Support development, deployment, and testing of patch releases and system upgrades.
• Maintain and update configuration archives diligently.
• Ensure full compliance with configuration standards and procedures.
• Modify existing configuration processes as per client needs, documenting changes thoroughly.
• Diagnose and resolve configuration problems promptly.
• Manage MIS reports and provide backend support.
• Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration metrics for clients and stakeholders.
• Document and report following client-prescribed configuration standards.
• Resolve modification or change requests from clients with minimal delay.
• Deliver continuous integration and deployment with error-free implementation and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, query troubleshooting, and completion of skill upgrade certifications.

Required Skill and Experience

• Proven experience of 3-5 years working with the Coupa Platform.
