About the Role

We are looking for a Commis-1 to join our kitchen team located in Gurgaon, Sector-59. This full-time position offers an in-hand monthly salary of ₹25,000. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas.
• Operate kitchen tools and handle ingredients safely.
• Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen workflow.
• Ensure food is prepared timely and presented attractively.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant cooking or kitchen experience.
• Good understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-moving kitchen environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining.
