As Commercialization Manager reporting to the Head of Digital Banking, you will spearhead the commercial success of digital products. The role involves bridging product development, marketing, sales, and strategy to maximize revenue and enhance customer experiences across digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement commercialization strategies targeting revenue growth, user adoption, and increased market share.
• Lead go-to-market plans for digital products, managing launch execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive customer acquisition and encourage migration to digital channels through campaigns and partnerships.
• Develop monetization frameworks, optimize pricing, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to spot growth opportunities and guide portfolio enhancements.
• Monitor performance metrics including user engagement, retention, and financial profitability to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external fintech partners; communicate results to senior leadership and influence business direction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; higher diplomas in business, commerce, or management studies are required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in business development, sales operations, or strategy within digital or Fintech sectors; MBA valued but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of mobile banking platforms and financial technology landscapes.
• Keen awareness of competitor actions and local market trends.
