What the role involves

• Review trading performance and pinpoint the main commercial factors affecting results.
• Carry out profitability analysis and detailed reviews across markets and partner groups.
• Develop and improve automated reporting tools and dashboard solutions.
• Partner with Trading, Product, and Commercial teams to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Use data analysis to support pricing, optimisation, and revenue expansion initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Candidate profile

This position is well suited to professionals with experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, commercial finance, or strategy-oriented roles who want to make a bigger commercial impact in a fast-moving technology setting.

• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Finance, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and convert findings into practical business insights.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related subject.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on improving business performance through data.

Compensation and benefits

The salary for this position is 70K plus bonus and benefits.

Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. The role is based in Dublin and follows a hybrid working arrangement.

Reporting line: The role reports into the Commercial Leadership team within Revenue and Trading.
