CNC Machine Operator and Laser Cutting Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC and Laser Cutting Machine Operator to become an integral part of our production team at Simnan Laser & CNC located in Hubli, Karnataka. This role involves handling CNC router and CO₂ laser cutting operations to produce precise signage materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC router and CO₂ laser cutting machinery efficiently.
• Set up machines based on specific job designs and requirements.
• Interpret and understand cutting and design files accurately.
• Use design software such as ArtCAM and CorelDRAW or equivalent for job preparation.
• Cut various materials including MDF, acrylic, ACP, wood, and other signage substrates.
• Inspect dimensions and quality of cuts to ensure precision.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Guarantee finishing quality and accuracy for every task completed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience operating CNC or laser cutting machines is preferred.
• Understanding of CNC routing and laser cutting processes.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Ability to understand and work accurately with measurements and dimensions.
• Fresh candidates with relevant technical or CNC training are encouraged to apply.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.

Compensation

The monthly salary range offered is between 12,000 and 18,000 INR.
