About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Service Executive to support our company’s front and back-office processes. Reporting to a supervisor, you will contribute to seamless operations and ensure client satisfaction through diligent management and communication.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handling data management tasks and supporting operational activities.
- Providing attentive client servicing and performing regular reviews.
- Coordinating seminars, webinars, and informal company events.
- Conducting follow-ups related to ongoing work and providing necessary support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduation or equivalent academic qualification; extra certifications or degrees considered a plus.
- Experience of 1-2 years in operations, support, or back office roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills aimed at effective client interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy especially in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability along with strong multitasking abilities.
- Patience and empathy when addressing client needs.
