About the Role

Shri Kalyan Punji Pvt. This role is tied to managing customer interactions aligned with personal loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through a CRM system to handle inquiries.
• Assess and comprehend the loan needs of customers.
• Provide clear explanations about personal loan offerings.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients showing interest.
• Gather and verify necessary documents for loan processing.
• Liaise effectively with the backend team to facilitate loan procedures.
• Ensure smooth loan disbursement and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed education at 12th grade level or higher including undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate qualification.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
