As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within assigned regional client accounts. Utilizing advanced planning and strategic skills, you'll coordinate with our global offices to provide outstanding client service, aiming to meet revenue, margin targets, and minimize churn by enhancing client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen client relationships to drive renewals and business growth across all service areas in designated regional accounts.
- Influence key stakeholders and collaborate through the company's global office network to deliver excellent client experiences.
- Meet and exceed revenue and profit objectives by connecting client needs with tailored company offerings.
- Strategize account development alongside local client managers, applying engagement techniques focused on stakeholder analysis.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce.com to manage accounts, opportunities, sales pipelines, and forecasts effectively.
- Adhere to International Trade Policies and ensure compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
- Transform implied client needs into explicit demands, articulating the value of company solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position solutions effectively and uphold financial governance to minimize costs.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on organizational and business outcome-driven approaches.
- Expertise in client engagement and relationship management, including trust-building and sales growth facilitation.
- Comprehensive understanding of company products, market trends, and the skill to apply this knowledge to customized client solutions.
- Proven ability to identify and advance sales opportunities through collaboration and resource coordination.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related sales field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology sales or similar environment.
- Demonstrable track record of sales achievements and global partner management experience.
- Experience in IT or professional services industries focusing on business development or sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com platform.
- Relevant vendor certifications are advantageous.
