- Drive continuous improvement projects including process automation, lean warehousing strategies, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or closely related discipline is essential.
- At least two years of practical experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or plant operations within chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, or similar process sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical properties, compatibility, reactivity, and safe handling procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards such as OSHA, EPA, DOT, IMDG, ISO 14001, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP solutions (e.g., Tally), and inventory management techniques.
- Preferred certification in hazardous materials management (HAZMAT, forklift operation, or comparable safety credentials).
