Calculator (m/f/d)

Role Overview

We are seeking an independent and detail-oriented Calculator to handle regional projects with a focus on sewer, civil engineering, and traffic route construction. This position involves preparing calculations and developing bids for projects ranging from small to large scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independent cost calculations for regional projects.
• Develop calculations and bid documents for small to large projects, primarily in sewer, civil, and traffic infrastructure construction, including reviewing tender documents and quantities, assessing opportunities and risks.
• Request and verify subcontractor services.
• Maintain transparent documentation of all calculation phases.
• Prepare alternative proposals and special suggestions.
• Maintain and update standard calculation data.
• Coordinate closely with group and departmental management.
• Create and hand over work calculations.
• Support ongoing projects and prepare contract supplements.

Qualifications and Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or completed training as a construction technician or an equivalent qualification through further education.
• Several years of professional experience in cost calculation, construction and project management, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in common IT systems.
• Knowledge of at least one calculation software, preferably RIB-iTWO.
• Focused and analytical working style.
• Above-average commitment and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with the regional market environment.
