Job Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout all flights.
- Represent the Scoot brand positively by collaborating effectively with team members to provide outstanding service.
- Create memorable travel experiences blending thorough knowledge of duties with a positive and enthusiastic 'Scootitude' approach.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to meet Singapore's legal and regulatory standards.
- Height requirements: minimum 1.58 meters for females and 1.65 meters for males to fulfill onboard safety and emergency duties.
- Educational qualifications: Junior College (TANDAI) certificate holders or university degree graduates from recognized institutions.
- Possessing a TOEIC score of 600 or higher is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Medically fit to perform cabin crew responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt swiftly during in-flight situations while upholding passenger safety.
- Compliance with grooming standards: a professional appearance is mandatory; visible tattoos are not allowed.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore for the role.
Additional Information
- Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, whether freshly graduated or experienced in other industries.
- Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete an online assessment within two weeks following their application.
- Only candidates advancing past the assessment will be invited to an Assessment Centre.
- Successful candidates must be able to commence employment within two months following their Assessment Centre.
