Position Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst role is positioned at the crossroads of commercial strategy, financial modeling, and advanced AI applications. This role supports senior leadership by building commercial models, devising AI-driven workflows, and producing insightful performance analyses for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct pricing frameworks and business cases for prospective clients and strategic alliances.
- Evaluate financial performance metrics to uncover opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability enhancement.
- Develop predictive forecasting models and conduct scenario analyses for business development leaders.
- Assist in executive reporting, business review sessions, and strategic planning exercises.
- Identify vital use cases for Generative AI to optimize sales and commercial processes.
- Create AI-powered tools for market research, proposal creation, and knowledge management.
- Design AI-enhanced analytics and dashboard reporting to enhance business transparency.
- Promote AI adoption by preparing training resources and reusable best practices across teams.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies to evaluate their applicability in scaling commercial operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product departments to improve data and information flow.
- Engineer business intelligence tools that strengthen cross-functional analytical capabilities.
- Support strategic initiatives linked to commercialization, scaling, and process optimization.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Have between 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, financial analysis, or consulting roles.
- Skilled in financial modeling (Excel), BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and data analytics techniques.
- Demonstrate practical experience with Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation technologies.
- Adept at translating complex datasets into concise executive summaries and presentations.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $72,600 to $89,700 annually, with eligibility for bonuses where applicable. The final offer will be influenced by factors such as geographic location, expertise, certifications, education, and experience, while also ensuring internal pay equity.
