Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with 3 to 5 years in Transport, Cargo, or Logistics sales to join Kalayatan Cargo & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have a graduation degree and be eager to contribute towards expanding our customer base and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential areas for business growth.
• Present and promote company services effectively to prospective clients.
• Plan and execute sales strategies and campaigns to maximize company revenue.
• Perform field visits aimed at generating leads and converting them into sales.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
• Support management efforts aimed at increasing overall sales figures.
• Prepare and send commercial proposals to potential clients.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Manager or Director as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in negotiation and influencing prospects to close deals.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets independently.
• Graduation degree mandatory.
• Experience spanning 3 to 5 years in the related transport, cargo, or logistics sales domain.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range between INR 25,000 and INR 55,000.
