Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. This role focuses on generating and nurturing B2B business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals, conducting negotiations, and efficiently managing leads using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new B2B client accounts to expand business reach.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate favorable deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined monthly sales targets.
- Organize and track lead information and follow-up activities within CRM systems.
Preferred Industry Backgrounds
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), or B2B/Corporate Sales sectors are favored.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong aptitude for sales and effective client engagement techniques.
- Ability to work towards targets with confidence and deliver compelling presentations.
- A graduate degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
