Role Overview

This critical position focuses on leveraging strategic insights for HSBC Wholesale Client Services through statistical and thematic analysis of digital query management data. The role involves collaboration with global stakeholders across GPS, GTS, HSBCnet, and Relationship Service Manager teams to convert data into actionable intelligence via comprehensive reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business processes and gather requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
• Document business needs and system specifications clearly.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Support development efforts ensuring timely delivery and assist in testing and quality assurance.
• Provide end-user support and training on implemented systems.
• Identify and propose process improvements with innovative solutions.
• Design robust databases, programming solutions, and data engineering pipelines aligned with business demands.
• Identify process inconsistencies, question anomalies, and implement rational solutions fitting business needs.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a university degree or higher qualification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; knowledge in query management and business analysis methodologies is advantageous.
• Eager to learn new technologies and tools.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills enabling engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• Able to perform well under pressure and mentor team members.
