Job description
Role Overview
This position entails representing SBI Credit Card services within designated bank branches across Kerala. The Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) will serve as the primary point of contact within the branch to support and inform customers about credit card options.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate within assigned SBI Bank branches in Kerala.
- Engage and assist eligible bank customers actively.
- Describe the features and advantages of SBI Credit Cards to potential applicants.
- Facilitate the generation of new credit card applications.
- Collect and validate customer documentation including KYC documents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and bank staff.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate effective communication abilities.
- Have fundamental computer proficiency.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with prior work experience.
