Branch Manager

Overview

White Gold Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee comprehensive branch operations including sales, customer service, and team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in gold loan sales, gold valuation, and branch management to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations to ensure adherence to company policies and smooth functioning.
• Maintain security and proper custody of gold assets.
• Lead efforts to boost gold loan sales and meet monthly targets through customer acquisition, referrals, and local marketing initiatives.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective clients while identifying new business avenues within the branch territory.
• Ensure precise gold valuation in compliance with company standards and manage loan processing procedures including issuance, renewals, closures, and gold release.
• Oversee KYC, documentation, verification tasks, and portfolio monitoring with focus on overdue accounts.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team, including conducting meetings, training, and recruitment support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and strategize to enhance retention and repeat business.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and compliance reports while coordinating with higher management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 and up to 7 years of branch management experience, preferably within gold loans, NBFCs, banking, financial services, or gold finance sectors.
• Proven track record in gold loan sales and accurate gold valuation.
• Experienced in team leadership and achieving business goals at branch level.
