Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual eager to develop a career in the agriculture sector. This position supports daily branch operations by assisting the Branch Manager and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient workflow at the Clonroche Farmlife store in County Wexford.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by being friendly, efficient, and responsive.
- Establish and maintain trustful relationships with customers, offering expert advice and support.
- Develop strong product knowledge of the agricultural products and services provided at the branch.
- Support overall branch operations to maintain high standards.
- Ensure that the store, yard, and workspaces are consistently clean, tidy, and well-presented to create positive first impressions.
- Operate flexibly between the shop floor and outdoor yard as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Genuine interest in the agricultural sector.
- A friendly and outgoing demeanor with a passion for outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
- Capable of multitasking and delivering high-quality work under busy conditions.
- Proficient IT skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in agriculture or farming is advantageous.
- Possession of a forklift or loader license is beneficial.
