Position Overview

This full-time position, located onsite in Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE, involves welcoming guests, assisting with their luggage, and escorting them within the hotel. The Bellperson and Doorman facilitate smooth guest arrival and departure processes by coordinating with reception and managing guest flow at entrances. Responsibilities also include guiding guests with accurate information regarding hotel services and nearby attractions, maintaining cleanliness and organization in lobby and driveway areas, ensuring safety and comfort, and promptly responding to guest requests. Collaboration with front office and other hotel departments is essential to deliver professional and courteous service.

Key Qualifications

• Effective communication skills for guest interaction and internal coordination.
• Customer service experience in hospitality or equivalent guest-facing roles.
• Ability to assist with receptionist duties such as arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries.
• Competence in safe and efficient luggage handling, respecting guest property and security.
• Experience with or willingness to undergo service and safety training.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability in a busy, upscale environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long durations and manage luggage transportation.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.
• Preferred prior experience working in hotels, resorts, or customer service within UAE or similar markets.
