As a Beauty Expert at DOUGLAS in Berlin, Breite Str., you transform consultations into experiences and turn customers into loyal patrons. Your expertise, sensitivity to individual needs, and passion for beauty help provide customers with a positive feeling every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer passionate and knowledgeable advice to customers by identifying suitable products in skincare, makeup, and fragrance tailored to individual requirements.
- Create inspiring shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, understood, and appreciated.
- Achieve sales and service targets through authentic, need-based consultations and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Engage customers with the entire DOUGLAS ecosystem, including the Beauty Card, app, and omnichannel services like Click & Collect.
- Maintain an attractive presentation of your beauty area, manage tester supplies, arrange merchandise displays, and implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Continuously enhance your beauty knowledge and stay updated on new products, brands, and current trends.
