Role Overview

The Bartender position is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include preparing and serving a broad selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and company standards. Daily duties consist of greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, offering tailored drink suggestions, and managing cash and transactions proficiently. The role further involves maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, replenishing inventory, and complying with all relevant safety and regulatory protocols. Collaboration with the food and beverage team is essential to ensure smooth operations and consistently high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities to engage courteously and professionally with guests and team members.
• Competency in food and beverage preparations, bartending techniques, product familiarity, and responsible alcohol service.
• Previous experience working in bars, restaurants, or similar hospitality settings is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiarity with both local and global drink varieties and basic cocktail mixing skills is a plus.
• Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and perform active tasks within a busy work environment.
• Good command of the English language; additional language skills are considered beneficial.
