Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by engaging with and understanding customer preferences.

• Handling cash transactions securely and adhering to store safety protocols.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the shift.
• Adapting quickly to the fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused.

• Committed to delivering quality work and continuously learning, including new beverage recipes.
• Comfortable managing responsibilities such as cash handling and maintaining store safety.
• Strong communication skills and ability to keep a positive attitude in a busy setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; training is provided.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance with or without accommodations.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with operational policies including quality control, cash handling, and security standards.
• Fluent proficiency in French reading, writing, and speaking.
• Capability to perform diverse store duties during each work shift.
• Quick learner with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
