Role Overview

The full-time Barista position based in Dammam involves preparing coffee drinks and simple food according to brand recipes and standards. Responsibilities include taking orders from customers, using coffee machines and other equipment, maintaining high product quality and appealing presentation, keeping the workspace clean and stocked, and processing payments accurately. The Barista also provides friendly guest interaction, answers menu queries, complies with hygiene and safety regulations, and collaborates with colleagues to support efficient store operations and a positive customer experience during shifts.
